The baptism document was sent to me in 2017 by Richard Sturt, a Desbrisay descendant. The document mentions Samuel de St Leger de Boisrond, Lieutenant Colonel in Cambon’s Regiment, the brother of Magdalaine’s mother. Also you can see the signatures of Magdelaine de Barriere de Boisrond and Marie Vigier de Boisrond. No idea what relationship they were to the baby. However, Magdelaine de Barriere de Boisrond also witnessed the baptism of Magdalaine’s brother, Samuel, where it seems to say she was the grandmother of the Samuel, and thus also the grandmother of Magdalaine. But I can’t read that document very well, so I’m not entirely sure.
