[FM,619]
[45][FM,625] discusses the problem of the name Entrevennes. When this Isnard first appeared in documents, in 1191, he bore the familial name d’Agoult. It wasn’t until 1199 that he took the name Entrevennes. [FM] believes it came from the Comtes de Die, themselves an ancient and prestigious family.
[ES, XIV, 10]
[44] has this Isnard as the grandson of Isoarda de Die and Raimond. I shall follow [FM] instead.
