Almost certainly one of the well-known Indian Fagans, and related to the other Fagan in BBC29, but I don’t know anything more. The Leycesters, Fagans, Friells, Boileaus, etc, were all well known in Indian circles, and there are articles about these families in the Genealogist’s Magazine. I haven’t yet read those articles.
