Detail on front of Edmond Castle

It reads TH 1829 MG, and commemorates the marriage of Thomas Henry Graham to Mary Carnegie (note the Graham escallops and the Carnegie eagle). This was the Thomas Graham that had this mansion built, greatly extending the previous house.
