OTAGO DAILY TIMES, ISSUE 1838, 20 NOVEMBER 1867 says that a daughter was born to Mrs. James Peddie, at Cumberland St., on 17 November, 1867. This is likely to be Annie.
The photo of Annie and her husband William Dutch was sent to me in 2019 by Penny, who is no relation but found the photograph at 9 Shannon St.
